The  present Constitution allows any "popular fool / criminal"  to become the Chief Minister of a State  ,according to Constitutional experts. So usually the most criminalized and corrupted politician becomes the Home Minister. Abusing his discretion and  position he can  maximize the amount looted from the Exchequer for his party's purposes , by bribing the public with all kinds of daily necessities . Also he can connive with Jihaadhi groups to  eliminate the Opposition ranks like Stalinh used to do in USSR, using the State Police , 80  per cent of whom are Criminals in Khaki.

Most of the political parties in  the so-called  "Multi-party Democracy" in India depend on Billions of  Dollars  for  poll expenses , which they either collect through their various Staff Welfare Associations in all Govt. deptts.  or by  conniving with  the Pak ISI agents and CCP agents in abusing their discretion and indulging in all kinds of anti-National anti-Constitutional activities , while the GoI remains least bothered !! The Govt.officials need this "Non-Taxable Income"  fior living like NRIs  and to send their children for Higher education like Engineering , Medical degrees , or even education abroad  in China, U.K. USA , etc. All this corruption in the name of "Family support " !!  Those whose "family"  belongs to the mafia gang, gets the most  "Other Income" 

According to the law of the land, any Law declared  2000  years ago cannot be  applied in toto  in the 21st Century A.D. Jesus Christ had  admonished his followers  not to divorce their wives unless  she had been guilty of Adultery. THIS KIND OF SDYSTEM HAS DEFINITELY ERODED THE FAITH OF THE CITIZENS IN A FAIR TRIAL.

THE CRITERIA OF "SENIORITY OF CASES" FIXED BY THE JUDGES , FOR THE HEARINGS , IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS FOR THE CORRUPTION IN THE JUDICIARY.

Without bringing in TOTAL ACCOUNTABILITY OF ALL PUBLIC AUTHORITIES , from the offices of the President , the Prime Minister , the Chief Justice of India, CORRUPTION can never be dealt with effectively .
