One main difference  observed in  the  so-called Democratic Secular Republic of India , a Multi-Party Parliamentary democracy, unlike the British Parliament (which has only a few political parties) , is that the  Indian  bureaucracy , unlike that of the U.K. , is highly notoriously corrupted  in order to loyally serve the un-civilized C.P.I. (Criminalized Politicians of India) !!   Even if the  Nationalist Right Wing party, the B.J.P. is in power, the govt. officials (called Badh boos) have formed a  Caucus  (called Staff Association  etc. )  to  indulge in Political Gangstrerism  using those who have been recruited by the  C.P.I. , Cons gress parties, to siphon off the maximum  from the Public Exchequer  .They also  receive astronomical amounts from enemy nations   through these  Associations from the Pak I.S.I,, C.P.C. ,Italian Mafia, Khalisthan  rebels, etc. to sabotage the  nation and damage its vital industries eg. Sterlite Copper in Tuticorin, etc.

The nation's Intelligence  agencies which are supposed to be the "Eyes and Ears"  of the Govt. of India , are being bribed heavily  by the  anti-national  Cons and Communists. The Supreme Court of India  seems to be unaware of the huge influx of Bangladeshi Refugees  who have been allowed to settle down in Kerala  , thus resulting in Anti-Constitutional , Anti-National crimes.

Such  anti-National crimes will never be tolerated in a  Presidential form of Democracy. At any time , the nearby  military dictatorships of Pakistan and China , may launch a nuclear attack , which may completely devastate the  struggling Indian economy and lead to Islamisation  of the Hindu nation !!

--  In a parliamentary democracy it is the government (parliament) that passes all the laws and sees that they are implemented.

--  In a Presidential system of government, it can be the president who makes and passes laws, bypassing the parliament. This can occur in either a dictatorship or democracy.
