well i have an answer to that however its an answer to two questions that have been asked we mentally age whenever we go through hardships or begin to understand who or what we are, we physically age due to time and genes the speed of aging is completely determined by genes

Our biology dictates that we grow until a certain age. Food fascilitates this.
