Any suggestions for memorial music?

This is to honor my mom, who loved all the family, and died at 91 yrs. Since I am 62 and have two late sisters, I thought to make it an occasion to celebrate mom and their two lives. I'm not really familiar with songs from the 90s to current times. I heard a song on a TV show, but though my google fu is strong, I can't find the person or the song lyrics.

So I thought I would throw this out and ask for song suggestions, preferably those songs which are not the constant suggestions from the past. Please nothing from a choir book either. I got their favorites from there already. Anything newer than "The Rose" or "Bridge over troubled water" would be great. I don't have any hip-hop, and anything from those gendres.

Thanks for all suggestions, whether I use them or not, I might make a lst.

The older I get, the more these types of questions come up.

I am so sorry for your losses.

I lost someone a few months ago and made a list of songs that helped me cope with it.

Do You Realize?? by The Flaming Lips

Brendan's Death Song by Red Hot Chili Peppers

Closer to You by The Wallflowers (I don't think it's about death, but certain lines could be.)

Life Ain't Always Beautiful by Gary Allan

    Fall by Single Gun Theory

See You Again by Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa (Wiz Khalifa's part is rapping, but it's beautiful in my opinion, and I'm not a fan of rap.)

Will the Circle Be Unbroken by Johnny Cash, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Ricky Scaggs

Afterlife by Arcade Fire (This is another one that might not be about death, but parts of it can be interpreted that way.)
