Why do my son’s father ask for tax money and i do the most for our child?

    He thinks he's entitled to some of the money.  He is not.

    Because he can.  Just say no.

    It appears you do not live together and that your son lives with you.  If so, you are the custodial parent.In taxes, the custodial parent is the one who claims the child. The other parent can only claim the child if the have a form signed by you.  Don't sign.
