Why do you think Joe Biden selected Kamala Harris as his running mate?

Because the DNC told him too.  Interesting that he promised an African American and they picked a Jamaican/Indian.  Someone made a mistake.  They should have picked someone more carefully, or maybe they were not aware of what SloJoe promised on a whim.  Who knows.
