Dell dimension 3000 keyboard not working, what recovery tool should I use/what should I do?

None of the above options will help. A keyboard is almost always plug and play, so if it isn’t working it either isn’t connected properly, or it is faulty. If a simple power cycle doesn’t help then there isn’t a software fix that can correct it.
