    Yes, about the use of a semicolon, but no about the APA referencing. Whenever you include a quote you need to include inside the period the page number. E.g. 

    Kenzer (2009) defined project success with five factors; one of which is “customer agreeing to allow contractor use them as a reference” (p.218).
