Is there ever a good reason to use someone??

My first thought to this question is how wrong and crappy that sounds...to use someone.  And then, I think that maybe some people may do that in certain circumstances and think they have no choice or feel it's a good reason. 

I don't see that as a good thing... to use someone. Still, I wonder if we haven't all maybe done that to a small extent at some time in our lives. Not sure I have or haven't...depending on how others might see things. 

If we are talking outright USE someone with that intent and not care about how that may effect the person, I don't think there's a good reason.
