You asked this question 8 months ago and were given good advice to improve your life and health. You clearly didn't do this, as here you are, another 8 months down the line, still asking, and probably still overweight, drinking and non-stop gaming.

Some guys do struggle to get females to have sex with them.  Something about the guy just says to the girl this guy is not who I want to have sex with.

  You may have to resort to an online dating website and see if there are girls there who may find you more their type.  Many girls on those websites are not finding the guys they want to meet in real life and like you struggle to meet a meaningful partner.

  Another thing you can try is trying to change your style.  Maybe your haircut or clothes don't excite the girls.  Maybe talk to a good hairdresser and ask if they can give you a better hairstyle.  Perhaps see if your clothes are sending out the right messages about you.
