Can you use whey protein as a way of getting your daily protein intake?
I'm on a diet plan and I'm supposed to be getting 140 g of protein a day im honestky struggling with this so much. I go to the gym anyway but can I use whey protein as a source of increasing my protein intake or would that be unhealthy because its a supplement?

Eat meat. Works for...everyone.
Anything past 45-60g/day will just be urinated and defecated out.
My wife's a doctor and we know how the body works.
Go ahead and piss away your cash.
Obviously I'm not the doctor;)

Yes, you can use whey protein to get your desired daily protein intake. There is nothing unhealthy about taking it.
