Disagree. They can run for Congress, which is adequate for them to learn so they can seek more-responsible roles. You only have this idea because you've been watching a buffoon with the maturity of a 3-yr.-old masquerade as the "president" of the U.S, for the last 3.6 years.

Disagree. 21 year olds are from mature enough and mentally tough enough (to withstand the stress) and not experienced enough for the position. And I remember I recently read some article about how some 19 year old is trying to run for some political office. I'd be willing to bet that is either a grandiose troll idea, some stupid, immature dare from friends, or just a some sort of statement. Either way, no. Just no.
