Din chop up somnem Squashes, dice some ungyon up in it, slap a slice o bacon on top an lil olive oil, cover dat an fry it on low bout 1/2 hr. Mmmm. Be usin them same fixins with a perfectly cooked pot roast cooked with dem baybuh kerits an red ahtaytas...make dat graby? woooooo. Make my tongue slap my eyebrows. You can rub chicken breasts w/ garlic cloves and let it sit all night then cook it the next day with parsley Thyme and lemon slices around the chicken to keep it tender.

Well, tonight is a thin chicken breast in bacon fat, with powdered Ranch dressing and melted cheese, wit bacon bits on top-with a stir fry of onion, ginger, and bok choy stir fry.

This process of cooking yields a Curry and Pakodi which can be with naan bread or chapati or rice.
Ingredients:
For Curry:
2 tbsp organic besan (chickpea flour) 1/2 tbsp organic turmeric
1/2 cup Organic Mustard Seeds, Tamarind Pulp or Lemon Juice to taste
A pinch of Organic Asafoetida
1/4 tbsp Organic Fenugreek Seeds, Organic Kashmiri Red Chilli
Whole 1/2 green Chili finely chopped
Salt to taste/ Natural Pink Salt
For Pakodi:
2 Onion Chopped
1/2 tbsp Organic Turmeric Powder
1/2 cup Organic Besan Powder
1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Organic Carom Seeds Chopped Spinach (optional)
1/2 tbsp Organic Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste / Natural Pink Salt
Steps:
For Curry:
Dry roast the Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Methi Seeds, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Green Chili.
Mix the Besan Powder in 1/2 cup water. Pour it on the pan and cook for a
few minutes, adding more water if required.
Keep whipping to ensure it does not become lumpy.
Add Turmeric, Salt, and Curd, Mix well. Add more water as per requirement.
Add Tamarind Pulp or Lemon Juice as per taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
For Pakodi:
Mix some Salt in the onions.
Add in the rest of the ingredients with a bit of water and mix well till it is of consistency between a better and dough.
Place the batter in small blobs on a baking tray and bake for approx 10 minutes (at 180 ) till lightly brown.
