    Sure.  Why not.  You have a half ounce of common sense by then and few people are exceptional enough to be considered at that young age.

    Agree..........and I would also like to see a constitutional amendment making at least ONE military stint a requirement. 

    If you seek to be the CIC,  then you should have at least worn the uniform once.
