Did Joe Biden dodge the draft to avoid the Vietnam war?

    Not in the way that's usually meant.  When people talk about "dodging the draft" they generally mean that someone used illegitimate or excessive means to keep from serving.  This is what Donald Trump did.  Since he, and his father, viewed servicemembers as "suckers" and "losers" they definitely didn't want Donald to serve.  So they got the family doctor to fraudulently say that Trump had bone spurs, a condition which would have kept him from serving (Trump also apparently had a really high draft number which would have made it unlikely he'd serve anyway).  Biden got a series of student deferments since he was in college and then law school.  After those deferments he was examined by the draft board and classified as ineligible for service due to his asthma.  There's no evidence that Biden, who wasn't particularly wealthy or connected at the time, pulled any kinds of strings to get out of service.

    Also, is he one of the last bastions of the DNC`s  racist ways? You know the kind. The kind that tell blacks how to behave and whome to vote for.
