What should I wear? I don’t have much to work with.?

So I’m a ramp agent. I’m cooperating in this manager mentorship program. It says business casual. I don’t really have business casual. What would you guys consider for this program

A pair of conservative slacks -- not skinny pants or cargo pants or low riders or jeans or fashion statements, just old fashioned not tight and not low slung plain solid color pants. Pair it up with a polo shirt and shoes that aren't athletic shoes or boots. If you want to dress it up a little for meetings, you can add a conservative blazer or sports jacket.

Being appropriate in style is a higher priority than being new, being high quality, being stylish. You're there to represent your employer, not to for personal expression.

You might ask a superior to point out which of your colleagues you should emulate in dress.
