how do people possibly find Prop16 in California acceptable?

I am a white male with neurological disabilites. prop16 effectively promotes the idea that someone of different color or gender should be hired over me even without disabilites or major forms of adversity of there own without being better qualified. this is increadably insulting to me, and basically equivalent to the voters and politicians saying they wish for me to fail and do not remotely care about people with disabilities.

race and gender should play no role in hiring someone. poverty backgrounds and disabilites are legitimate reasons.
