Shouldn't an election be about competency over party affiliation?

Our President is going to be the individual most qualified, as it should be.  A vote is where the average voter makes a hiring decision despite all of the B.S., pure and simple.

    A man who was ‘elected’ with 3m votes less than the loser is hardly qualified.   Look at all policies
