How can Republicans claim they love America and then claim that half of Americans, including most women, are baby killers?

Republicans haven't claimed that half of Americans are baby killers. It's indisputable that women that have abortions kill their unborn children. It's not our fault that you're bothered by it.

Edit:  James, owning a gun is not murder. Killing during war is not murder. But chopping up a developing fetus and sucking it out of the womb like medical waste? I'll let each person decide whether or not that qualifies.

How can you side with Democrats and NOT be siding with eugenics and social engineering designed to destroy the minority community?  Yes, most planned parenthood facilities are in minority communities.

How can you side with the party of segregation, the KKK and BLM (Marxist organization)?

How can you side with the party that has made it possible to legally kills babies AFTER they are born?  They have moved from making abortion from a legal medical procedure to INFANTICIDE.

How can you side with the party that sells the byproducts of abortion for profit? Yes, stem cells, blood, etc.  Spare baby parts.  Another group has also used human body parts for profit.  The Nazi's during WWII used to use Jewish skins for lampshades and human fat. (You can see this in the Holacaust Museum in D.C. as well as Yad Vashem in Israel).

SO if Roe vs. Wade is overturned then it is up to the STATES to decide.  Yay.  You might have to drive to a Democratic jurisdiction to have an abortion -- which means drive to a minority community in a city somewhere.  Oh wait, that's where planned parenthood sets up shop anyway.  Minorities are still aborted at a disproportionately alarming rate.

Democrats keep throwing the word NAZI around -- if they want to see what a real NAZI looks like, they just need to look in a mirror.  The democrats have done and are still doing more harm to minorities than any other group in history.
