If God doesn’t want anyone to go to hell, then why does he allow false prophets, teachers and Satan to deceive people?

Simply, everyone who LOVES truth will find it. God allows what he hates to accomplish what he loves.
A light in a dark place. Come into the light.
"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." That exclusive statement by Jesus rules out all man-made efforts to get to God, and therefore, ultimately, heaven. The way to God is a PERSON, not a religion.
"I am the way."
"I am the door."
"I am the gate."
Test these claims Jesus made about Himself. He is the only way into God's Kingdom: Jesus is the one and only real-life PORTAL into this spiritual dimention... a fourth dimention. His kingdom on earth. The cross is a spiritual 'black hole' for the world's sins, crimes and evil. Any organization that makes the (ridiculous) claim
"You need Jesus PLUS US to get to heaven." is not from God. Jesus is all you will ever, ever need.
"Come to me all you who are burdened and weary and I will give you rest for your souls. Take My yoke upon you; for My burden is easy, and My yoke is light."
Do this and live.. Do it today. Tomorrow may be too late.

So that you will learn how easily people, yourself included, can be influenced by evil.

On what basis do you claim that God does not want anyone to go to Hell? That is not a Christian teaching.

"Allow" is the key word here. God doesn't desire any of His beloved children to go to Hell. He could have created us as pre-programmed robots that could do only His will. But He loved us too much to do that to us, so He created us with the gift of free will, the right and ability to make our own decisions, either in accord with His will, or opposed to His will, and to be totally responsible for the decisions we make. God doesn't "send" anyone to Hell, but some foolish people freely choose to go there.

People are only deceived because they want to be.
It is simple enough to seek God for yourself, is it not?

In the bible hell is nothing more than the common grave and the ending of life through death.
This means the whole human race goes to hell after death whether a person is saved or not.
Sheol (Hebrew) in the old testament means the Grave.
Hades (Greek) in the new testament means the abode of the dead.
Hell (English) in both the new and old testaments means a concealment or covering of the dead in the grave.
This idea that God created a place in eternity where the wicked/unsaved go after death to be consciously tormented in fire forever and ever is not based on the bible but on certain church authorities and philosophers of the past who have convinced many christians today that it is true.
Think about it --- death is the opposite of life.
There is eternal life through the resurrection from the grave/hell for a person who has trusted Jesus Christ for there salvation (John 3:15-16, 1Cor 15:20-23,Eph1:13, 5:14, & Tit 1:2)
On the other hand there is eternal death in the lake of fire awaiting a person who rejects Jesus as there Saviour (John 5:28-29 & Rev 20:12-15) meaning they will be destroyed out of existence by fire never to live again.
(Rom 6:23) The wages of sin is DEATH.
If a person doesn't want eternal life then its death.

In your opinion, who will be the people who go to hell?
They are all those who, not listening to the word of God, if God has ordered his faithful believers to evangelize in the World, whoever will believe the word of God, will follow Him!
Therefore, the false prophets, the false religions, and whoever is in the field of the sect of Satan, will not be able to defeat who is, and will be, with God!

Good question; two reasons.
One is that sometimes such people repent and decide to become Christians. Since as you say, he doesn't want them to go to hell (1Tim 2:4), he gives them that chance.
Two, God doesn't want disciples he has to spoon feed everything to, but rather those willing to put some mental muscle into the effort (Mt 13:10-13; ref Heb 11:6), including working their their way around such false teachers and even Satan as an integral part of working out their salvation (Php 2:12).
False teachers are only a problem when one is ignorant of God's word. For example, there's a false teacher that frequents this forum who says things like he who believes in Jesus and is NOT baptized shall be saved, as well as baptism does NOT now save you. Only those ignorant of Mk 16:16 and 1Pet 3:20-21 fall prey to his false teaching. Similarly, there's another who teaches that desiring to be baptized in water has nothing to do with responding to the gospel message. Only those ignorant of Ac 8:35-36 are tricked by her. In the proper spiritual growth sequence, after faith and virtue comes knowledge (2Pet 1:5-10). Unfortunately, that's where things come to a halt with many if not most people who become believers or sometimes even Christians.

The only people deceived by them are those that want to be deceived. Here is the truth: The Lord Jesus Christ is God. Nobody can be good enough to avoid hell. The truth is that death leads to immediate heaven or hell, depending only on whether the person believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, or not. The truth is that the Lord Jesus Christ loves you and wants to bless your life freely :) Most of all, Jesus wants you with Him forever, and not in hell. It is too late to be saved, after death.
.
Believing on the Lord Jesus Christ means being forgiven all sins past and future and means going to heaven. The truth is that every belief except one will lead to eternal torment in the lake of fire for every person. Because nothing pays for our sins except the death and blood of Jesus, the sacrifice of Jesus that is already accomplished by Him . Jesus loves you! The truth is that the Lord Jesus Christ is God, and Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins in full, and then Jesus was buried, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for our sins, not works, not deeds, not religions. So the only way to heaven and to avoid hell, is by believing on Jesus for eternal life (John 6:47), without adding any of your own works (Romans 4:5). Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ to take you to heaven, and you will be in heaven, no matter what, guaranteed. That easy, thanks to Jesus! Tell Jesus that you thank Him that you will be with Him in heaven
