Testicle can move freely in sack?

Is this normal at all? They are able to move if I try to move it with light force, like a single finger, I can put one testicle up and have the other just dangle there, is this normal at all? The sack doesn’t move with them either

    Disregard Pearl, she's an idiot that doesn't belong on men's health. Yes your testicles moving in your scrotum is normal.
