What can i do? ?

What can i do to help this friend of mine? He's going through some family affairs during these harshful times. He has a brother who has had a problem with the law but is unable to understand much of what has happened. So my question is What kind of Charge is 130.52 (2)? A brief explanation. I have done my research and it's a very serious one but knowing his family. I know that his brother would not commit to such thing unless something happened, that aside he was still charged and incarcerated. Thank you in advance.
