If abortion is murder then is the burning of the blueprint of a building considered arson ?

Not sure I agree because of the science. However an aborted fetus would never know it had been aborted. If it grows in your body, its fate shall not be controlled by anyone but you. 

Imagine being raped and impregnated by your own father. Yes, this is a rare example. But it does happen every year, whether the number is 1 or 1 million. Surely we can't force her to complete gestation? Strap her to a bed and force her to give birth?

A blueprint corresponds to the DNA in a sperm and ovum. A fetus is a fully formed human being, in the early months of his/her life. For the next 20 years, he/she will grow and develop steadily, but there isn't one moment in those years when he/she is any more or less human.
