Frank James Lampard OBE (born 20 June 1978) is an English professional football manager ... Lampard is one of nine players, and the only midfielder, to have scored 150 or more goals in the Premier League. ... In March 2005 he scored a long-range goal from 30 yards against Crystal Palace in the Premier

He'll remain at the helm for a while longer.

IF R.A sacks him - i lose w/e little respect I had for CFC.

Being that they've spent a fortune, the pressure is on. However I think he will get to the 25 game mark to show his worth.

The problem you have with Chelsea is there are very few top class managers who would take that job.

Unless his team tanks, then he will be there for the entire season.

The Russian mafia king will get rid of him if he finishes below the top 4 in May or whenever the season ends

Not long, he's got no excuses now, they've spent the money to be in the title race so unless he can pull out an incredible winning run he wil be done, and who knows maybe if they get rid of the deadweight of Lampard early they can make something of their season.

Definitely watching MOTD tonight.  Sounds like Chelsea have a scary frontline but a scared back line.  Well done Saints for a gritty performance. The stats confirm they more than deserved the point after being outplayed in the first half.

Hmm.. if Lampard fails to address the imbalance between front and back, then yes he could be on borrowed time.
