I suspect she is not going to be confirmed. If she is confirmed, probably NOT. The Democratic party was not destroyed in 2010. .

It's probably even worse-. The Democratic Party stops short of effective measures in opposing the Republicans on things like this nomination. It's like the two party system lacks credibility.
