would a blood clot in your dick prevent you from being able to drive?

my dad is like 60  and says he has a blood clot or something in his dick.  he uses a catheter or something.  would something like this prevent you from driving?  because hes forcing me to drive him around now every day and its kinda annoying.

Update:

dont have a relationship with this guy.  hes a dick and a terrible father.  im not a cruel person though.

Update 2:

maybe he does.  but probably not.  i take him to most of his appointments.  he tells me most of whats going on.

Yes it can make him feel very ill and lead to a bad urinary tract infection which can also make him feel very confused. If he goes into retention he needs to go to the ER. Catheters need to be changed about every 8 weeks, or before if they go wrong. Encourage him to go to his doctor.

You get his doctor on the side and find out what the deal is with him. While he is at his appt, tell the reception that you want to talk to the doctor about him. The doctor will answer your questions. The blood clot story is a story, something else is going on, ask the doctor.

He may have some other issue that he hasn't spoken to you about

Justin... he's your dad, is it going to kill you to drive him around.

However, I do get it... you don't want to be doing it "all the time".

So ask him to make a schedule for one or two days a week when you'll drive him around (without complaint) but you can't be doing it "all the time".

Maybe get any siblings you might have to share in the burden.
