Why do people like trump? ?
So my best friend is all for trump and he tells me how he's the only one who is trying to help us during this pandemic.
I'm not so sure about that but I don't know. So why is it that so many people are for him? Is he good in your opinion?

You’re going to get a lot of one sided biased answers. They both are going to claim the other is wrong. Both Trump and Biden are not only corrupt, but despicable in their own unique ways. Do not ignore the truth, they both have done good things, and Trump has certainly done good things that benefit the country, it’s just that the bad outweigh the good. My personal opinion on Trump is he’s a business man, not a president.

Every four years people who follow little to nothing in politics suddenly become experts on the subject (in their own minds). Trump has a mixed record just like every other President before him and likely every President who'll come after. The past four years have been a lesson to some about how government works (largely in that every time Trump tries to overstep, the judicial branch stops it). But in 2020 we don't really have an alternative that's any better. Both these candidates have almost identical problems; corruption, deceit, nepotism, sexual impropriety, tenuous mental health, serious question about physical health, etc. So just let your friend spout off. The nation is pretty much screwed no matter how the Presidential election turns out.

A FORMER Democrat, Knows what they are up to.
As a president, he is trying to complete his campaign promises.
Most politicians, make promises, then don't follow through.
The usual excuse is, "I tried, but... "
