Will I ruin my friendship if I tell her I like her?
To be honest, I don't think it will, but what do y'all think? I'm fine if she says no, but this feeling is strong and I'd be tortured if I never said it. But I feel like the possibility is high that she'll say no. If she says no, I want to keep our friendship, because she's such a close friend to me.

Hard to say without knowing anything about her.
I can only say, thinking about what could have happened is way worse than knowing it for sure.
Maybe you'd have a few embarrassing weeks, but if you two are really friends, it will survive a rejection.
