Newly planted trees?

We just planted four small 3ft abrovitaes a couple months ago. They look fair but have a little brown leaves on the bottom. Does anyone have any recommendations on something that will give them a boost perhaps some type of fertilizer sticks or something?

Arborovitae (Red/white cedar) will recover, but probably in the spring.

It's not like many other conifers which don't re-grow from "old" branches.

    Which Country? In the

U.S and U.K. it is the end of summer, trees go to sleep for the winter, they stop growing and leaves fall.
