In the UK our traditional Xmas dinner is roast turkey with stuffing, roast potatoes, several different veg, sausage and bacon rolls, etc, and Xmas pudding with Devonshire clotted cream and/or mince pies for dessert.

I'm in USA, but I don't really eat anything special. Last year, I made baked ziti, garlic bread with fried shrimp and prepared a side salad. I usually pick something I haven't ate in awhile.

We eat tamales and drink hot coffee or hot chocolate, and that to me is the real meal for Christmas.

Seafood is pretty popular at Christmas time especially prawns. There's also the classics like fruit Mince Pies, Gingerbread, Christmas Ham, Trifle, Pavlova topped with whipped cream and a mix of fruits. There's a variety of foods eaten on during the Christmas season here in Australia.

My wife cooks a turkey, but as I'm not a turkey lover I'll have roast beef or a steak on the BBQ.
