Why do i have multiple boils or lumps in one big group on my inner left thigh?
This is very painful, i cant walk, sit, or sleep properly because it hurts so much. What can be causing this, some kind of infection?
The boils or lumps and skin around it look discolored, either black or greyish too.
I have isopropyl alcohol and antibiotic cream (OTC one of course).
I also have a heat pad but i have to find it, its been a while since i used it.

It sounds like you might have hidradenitis suppurativa. Its not something you can treat with topical medications. You need oral antibiotics and sometimes minor surgery to lance the deeper boils.

it's hard to tell without seeing it, i think it's either a carbuncle or bubonic plague.
either way you will need antibiotics and a doc may need to drain them.
maybe start taking baths.

I'm not sure what causes them, but a heating pad helps a lot. Wiping the area with isopropyl alcohol can help reduce the swelling, too.
