How do you stop eating late at night?
Do any of you eat late at night? How do you control it? I'm trying to lose weight, but I get hungry at night.
Any tips?

It doesn't matter what time of day or night you eat, as long as you make good choices and don't consume more calories than your body uses. If you prefer not to eat late at night then ensure you're getting enough proper nutrition during the day. Keep healthy snacks on hand for any nibbling, or drink water or tea to help you feel full. You can break the habit by simply not choosing to eat late at night (willpower).

Otherwise, eat when your body tells you it's hungry, but make smart choices.

Easy. I fixed my metabolism and eat until full at every meal and snack of every day...and I don't get fat.
You can do it, too! You were born thin. Your regular diet made your metabolism corrupted.

Eat celery with cream cheese or veggies.

Just eat snacks that are somewhat healthy. And as small of portion that will suffice. Several different light snacks will satisfy the best.
