You mean an account other than the one you have?  That's a sock puppet and should be illegal.  It would be easy to check with user MAC addresses and if duplicates are found, all but the oldest account should be deleted.

To make ANOTHER Yahoo account, logout of the account you're currently using, and select Sign In>Create an Account instead of logging in to an existing account. All Yahoo accounts come with access to Yahoo Answers.

There is no such thing as a YA account. You already have a Yahho email account that you are logged into that you already have signed up with YA. You would not have been able to post a question on YA if you had not already done that.
