Where is the electoral college ?

Where is the electoral college located. Also how does one apply for admissions, and what’s the tuition. I tried www.electoral college.edu and I found nothing

    The Electoral College is NOT an academic college. You cannot apply for admission and be admitted. 

    The Electoral College meets in the?House chamber in the?U.S. Capital on January 6 and casts 2 votes, one for president and one for vice president.
