best message against drug abuse?

One time I listened to an interview where a recovered heroin addict talked about his time on heroin and how it made him a homeless criminal with no one to go to for help. He said he had run-ins with the police multiple times a day, he lost his job, and he had to resort to petty theft just so he could afford more heroin.

When the police would come up to him to ask him questions, he would have to hide all his drug paraphernalia, and fast. He would stick his used heroin needles up his butt!! And then shoot up with those same needles later!! That was just a regular part of life for him.

That's the best message against drug abuse. Drugs will make you hide A NEEDLE in your BUTT and you'll think that's just NORMAL. That's how messed up drugs are.
