    People who were born blind have no understanding of how to see in their waking lives, so they can't see in their dreams. But most blind people lose their sight later in life and can dream visually. ... The same research says that people who are born blind have more nightmares than sighted people.

    If you've never seen ANYTHING I doubt if you'd see in your dreams cause you'd have no concept of things.

    Blind people do not have access to the color chart, so there would be no color in their dreams.  But dreams are filled with emotions, and blind people do not lack for feelings, or emotions.  So their dreams would contain interactions with people, and feelings and emotions just like you and I.  Yes, of course blind people dream and they see their dreams not through eyes but inner vision.
