you eat a mint leaf by it self?
i was making peppermint chocolates and though to my self this question and googles not helping me with spamming me with mint chocolate recipes

You can eat a mint leaf by itself. It is a little intense, but if you like mint it will be good. Makes your breath nice too.

Yeah. I do this all the time when I have a stomach ache. I grow a variety of mint during the summer (chocolate mint, peppermint, a mojito mint) and if I feel sick I just chew a leaf or either the chocolate or peppermint

You can, but they are very strong, not sweet, and have a slightly bitter aftertaste. It's NOT like the mints you find at stores, that's for sure.
