    No. It is called "office politics".

    Although it is often better to trick the person into being a rung in your ladder to success.

    Once you are two levels above them, then crus 'em like a bug.

    Yes, that's a really awful thing to do.  Also, If the truth becomes known you could be the one who gets fired.

    It depends why you don't like them. I mean, if you don't like them because they tried to get YOU fired the week before, then no it isn't wrong.

    If however you don't like them because they have a tooth missing when they smile, or have a freckle on their face, then yes, it's wrong!
