why is it ok for gays to have a pride parade but it isn't okay for straights to have one?

It’s totally okay for straights to have one, in my opinion. As long as they’re not being homophobic, it should be fine. 

The problems for straight pride is straights are to lazy to organize one.

No one is stopping you arranging it. 

In fact it was done before,  it lasted 3 years with the last year a couple of people.

That says it was the straights who had no interest in such an event.

If you want to arrange one in your city please return here each year with the details such as a face book page and share it.    We would love to see how your efforts pay off. 

You misunderstand.  The Pride parade is for being proud of whatever you are, so it effectively is a heterosexual Pride parade.  Also, many queers disapprove of Pride.  I do.  I consider it to be over-commercialised and to focus too much on white cis gay men.

If straight people want to have a parade then let them have a parade.  Gay people can go line the streets to support them.  There's nothing wrong with being proud to be straight just the same as there's nothing wrong with being proud to be gay.  Difference is, nobody in history has ever shamed, rejected, condemned, attacked, murdered, indicted, or imprisoned straight people for the fact they are straight.

Homoeroticism is a sin and unnatural in nature. 

It's a conscious choice. 

Two words:  Mardi gras.

Pride parades are for historically oppressed people.

Straight people have never been oppressed.

I’m not sure I even understand the reasons behind wanting to have a parade announcing your sexual preferences, and demanding others to applaud you for them. It’s very bizarre and egotistical.
