Why does my grandmother try to get me angry all the time by being obnoxious as in slamming dishes, doors, cabinets hard? ?
I asked her to stop before and she tells me to not worry about and she knows I get really angry by loud noises. What should I do before i get really angry?

You don't mention whose house you both live in.
If this is your house, it's time for your grandmother to move out.
If this is your parents' house or if this is your grandmother's house, it's time for you to buy a good pair of over-the-ear full-sized headphones and practice staying as far away as possible from your grandmother. OR, if you can afford it, you could move out.
At your grandmother's age, she's not going to change. She probably doesn't even hear the noise she generates... so that hearing loss would prevent her from fully recognizing your issue.
