Tiny black dot inside my toddler mouth?

It looks like a black mole just a tiny spot and I'm freaking out if it could be serious he's only 2.5 and I just spotted it

    She bit her cheek that is all. Kids dont get cancer of the mouth.

    Maybe cancer, I would get it checked, or maybe he bit his cheek and it is a blood dot surfaced, or a simple oral mole! I am a RN go to the doctor!

    Edit: at Tavy kids can get oral cancer but it is very rare!
