Any Democrat having the power to prosecute a former Republican office holder should keep in mind that prosecuting the losers of our elections is something both parties can engage in.

In politics as in life what goes around comes around.

remember when Clinton was sure to "blow the lid of Iran/Contra" and put both HW Bush and Reagan on trial?

remember how Bush was sure to hold Clinton accountable when Bill removed millions of dollars worth of state gifts from the White House before departing?

remember how Obama was SURE to prosecute Bush for his "war crimes?"

Biden is a lifelong servant of the status quo in DC and the poster boy for "same old/same old" politics.... my guess is that somewhere down the line he'll be yucking it up with Trump like they're old frat brothers just like all other past Presidents do...

God, I certainly hope so!  He needs to be held accountable.

I'm curious myself.  If he's charged and found guilty of financial crimes, maybe.  If any of the rape charges are brought to court, and he loses, then it's much more likely.  There is a disinclination to put a former US president behind bars, but some of the stuff trump has done has been so heinous, perhaps it would be best to penalize his to the maximum extent possible in order to prevent a criminal such has him from ever running for president again.

I would like to see him and his entire criminal family behind bars.  

As to putting Hillary in jail, you have to have evidence, and be charged first.  Republicans are batting zero in that count.
