Could me & my best friend work out as roommates? ?
So we’re planning on moving to Dallas, jobs lined up already. We both have car & no kids so we’re all good on that but we are totally opposite like she’s VERYYYYYY dirty & im a clean freak I hate that she just doesn’t care, how could we work that issue out because that’s going to be something we clash on.

That's a recipe for disaster.
Either she'll need to step up her housekeeping game, or she'll need to take on some other responsibilities (and actually follow through on them) while you take care of the cleaning.
Friends often make horrible roommates.

From personal experience, living together can ruin many a great friendship.
While your mate might be a fantastic friend and fun on a night out... Picking up her dirty socks from the lounge floor, or constantly chasing her for her share of the electric bill can make you see people in a different light.
Think long and hard about this. And PLEASE don't say - oh, it won't happen to me!
