What happens if Trump simply stay on in the White House after February 2021?

This is not a partisan question, but a constitutional one. If the sitting president doesn’t accept that he has lost and simply continues as before... Can a new president even be sworn in? ...and if so, can the (former) president be removed by Police(!) and kicked-out of the White House? I know.. It all sound like a bad comedy show but it could actually happen... couldn't it?

Under the Twentieth Amendment to the Constitution, his term ends at 12:00 Noon on January 20, 2021, even if no winner has been ascertained.  In that case, Nancy Pelosi becomes Acting President.

On 20 January 2021 Biden will become president,  nothing Trump can do to stop it

If Trump refuses to vacate the WH he will be removed

It might work except for one thing....he called US soldier losers and suckers and called their generals greedy corrupt profiteers. I do not think they will be rushing to upholds' Trump crazy power grab attempt.

A  new President will be sworn in on the specified date and time....after that you might see a chair being carried out of the white house with Donald Trump still sitting on it and mumbling...I won....I won..I won.....

The election really hasn't ended until the states certify their vote tallies. Until then, there are legal challenges. Remember 20 years ago how we all survived when Al Gore's supporters kept counting, and counting for a whole month? This could be similar to that. Relax. No fear...

The new term of office begins on Jan 20, 2021.

By then the matter should have been settled.

Trump has said "Biden won". He will have no choice but to concede, if it can not be satisfactorily proved fraud took place, plus time is of the essence, and is the constraining factor here.

There is talk of Trump running again in 2024.

He would be removed from the white house, because he is no longer president once a new president is sworn in. Biden will be sworn in and there is nothing Trump can do about it.

Every presidential term has an expiration.  Donald's term will expire and Biden will be sworn in for the next term.  Donald's acceptance is not required.

He will either be escorted out or carried out, kicking and screaming. I don't think it will come to that, however. Trump is a prideful person, so he won't want that kind of image to be on every TV in the world. He'll find a way to leave without acknowledging he lost the election, likely after being urged to do so by his family.

Trump would be escorted out of the White House on 1/20/2021. Trump will leave before that but it would be hilarious to see the Trump clan thrown out by the Secret Service
