Women are not men. They are not looking for sex .. they are looking for a relationship and commitment.
So when she looks at you, she is not imagining you with your clothes off ... there are any number of reasons why she's staring at you.
Maybe she likes how you look, but hates your personality (it is personality that attracts women).
Maybe she thinks you are ugly and cannot believe how ugly you are.
Maybe she was interested in you, but lost interest as soon as you opened your mouth.
