Did vaccine companies like Pfizer delay the announcement of their vaccines until after the election to punish him for lowering drug prices?

In September Pfizer said the would look at the data after 30 study participants caught Covid. Then they said it would be after 45 people got sick. Exactly one week after the election Pfizer announced their vaccine works after 90 study participants got sick.

Their announcement depended on the outcomes of the trials and had nothing to do with the date of the election. Since some of the subjects got sick it takes time to research the reasons why and if it had anything to do with the vaccine.
