Find the rotational frequency of the wheel

that will produce this effect.

Answer in units of rpm

    centripetal a = ω²*r

    ω = √(a/r) = √(4.6m/s² / ½*281m) = 0.181 rad/s

    and 0.181rad/s * 1rev / 2π rads * 60s/min = 1.73 rpm

    4.6 = ω^2*281/2

    ω = √ 9.2/281 = 0.181 = 2PI*f 

    n = 60f = 60*0.181/6.2832 = 1.73 rpm
