What would you do in this situation?

Now, my lovely friend is toying with man. I say "Stop playing with him!!" many times. But, whatever I say, she doesn't hear... I say for her...

The sentence structure is incoherent and we are having to guess at your meaning. Move the question to the Etiquette section. Phrase it:  "My good friend appears to be toying with a man, and is not taking any notice of me when, for what I think are good reasons, I advise her to stop playing with him. Is there anything I could say to her that might help?"

Huh?  It isn't clear what you want to say. Do you mean "toying with A man"?  Because "toying with man" means all of mankind, the entire human race basically.  I suspect that there are other errors as well. "she doesn't hear"– do you mean "hear" or "listen"?
