Can Joe Biden and the Democrats pack the Supreme Court and what steps would need to be taken to accomplish this task ?

When Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died in 2016, Senator Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans blocked Barack Obama from appointing Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court, and stated that it would be fair until after the election to appoint a new justice to the Supreme Court. Donald Trump won in 2016, and nominated Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court in 2017 and was approved by the Senate. However when Ruth Bader Ginsburg died in September 2020, Republicans hurried to fill that vacant seat and appoint Amy Coney Barret, while Democrats stated it would be fair to wait until after the election. Now that Amy Coney Barret was confirmed to the Supreme Court, Democrats are seaking to expand the Supreme Court to at least 13 Justices. What steps would need to be taken to accomplish this task ?

Only one step would need to be taken.  Congress would need to pass a law increasing the size of the court.

They cannot do this if Republicans retain control of the Senate.  They might be able to do it if Democrats get control of the Senate.  Watch the results of the Georgia runoffs in January.

Garland didn't have the votes to get him approved, Cohen did-a little fact no one mentions as it doesn't fit the current narrative.

Sure, they’ve already managed a totalitarian take over, corrupting the judicial system is the next logical step to remove your freedoms.

All I know is that Americans in my state elected all democrat judges in this election and one last year.

There is nothing in the constitution that says the Supreme Court cannot be expanded.

There's little point packing the Supreme Court - they would still be lawyers.  The job of the Supreme Court is to decide whether the decisions of lower courts and the executive, comply with the Constitution.  If they were to show political bias, they would be struck off by the American Bar and would no longer be allowed to practice.

They can and it would prove that democrats hate the constitution and put party over country, as always.
