How to talk to my parents? (check update)?

So it's the first time I'm doing remote learning (like many others) and I have some bad grades but I've been working on getting them up and now the teachers just have to regrade them. They know I already have a really hard time focusing and staying motivated. They asked to see my grades so I showed them and anytime I would try to explain, they would instantly claim I'm lying, scream at me, and keep smacking the table. 

How do I explain to them that them being aggressive and mean won't help me and is just stressing me out more?
